Every "agentic platform" we tried assumed an IT team, a six-figure budget, and a willingness to ship customer data anywhere on Earth. None of them assumed a Canadian salon owner with a 9pm appointment request on WhatsApp. Or a REALTOR® standing in a kitchen, scribbling FINTRAC notes on a clipboard. Or an RMT who had been faxing eClaims for fifteen years.
So we built for those people instead. Each agent comes out of a real engagement with a real small business — shadowed, tested, broken, rebuilt. They aren't generic AI wrappers; they're the cumulative answers to "what would actually make your week better?"
