By accessing or using the SMB AI Agents platforms ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
SMB AI Agents provides AI agents that handle scheduling, CRM, and customer communications for Canadian small and medium businesses ("Tenants") and their customers. End users ("Customers") interact with the Service via WhatsApp, voice, web, or email channels operated by the Tenant.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when using the Service
- Use the Service only for its intended purpose
- Not send abusive, fraudulent, or harmful messages
- Comply with all applicable laws, including CASL (Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation), PIPEDA, and applicable provincial privacy laws
4. Privacy

5. Data Processing
Personal information may be processed by third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to this processing.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SMB AI Agents Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to missed appointments, scheduling errors, data loss, or business interruption.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Tenants may cancel their subscription at any time. Refunds are processed according to the Tenant's subscription plan. Customers may cancel bookings or service requests by contacting the Tenant directly.
8. Termination
SMB AI Agents Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our team, or third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Alberta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
